TestMart provides content and tools exclusively to support research, procurement, and education for government agencies, the military, authorized buyers, and partners.
All materials are protected by intellectual property laws. Any reproduction, modification, distribution, or commercial exploitation without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
Unauthorized use terminates your right to access the site.
Product Information & Pricing
As the largest authorized distributor of test, measurement, and life sciences equipment to the U.S. Government, TestMart works directly with OEMs to ensure accurate, up-to-date product data and pricing.
- Published prices represent either U.S. list prices or manufacturer-supplied pricing for authorized customers only.
- Prices exclude all additional charges, including but not limited to taxes, duties, tariffs, shipping, insurance, and related costs, unless explicitly stated otherwise on the order confirmation.
- Pricing for commercial entities or other non-authorized buyers may vary substantially.
- TestMart reserves the right to refuse any sale to any buyer, for any reason, at its sole discretion — including orders from entities not authorized to purchase through government procurement channels.
- Where prices are not displayed, it may be due to unavailable or unverifiable OEM data.
- Disclaimer: TestMart makes every effort to maintain accurate pricing and delivery information. However, all prices, availability, and lead times are provided for guidance only and must be confirmed at the time of order.
Shipping & Delivery
Shipments will be made only to physical addresses within the Continental United States (CONUS). TestMart does not ship to P.O. boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or foreign destinations unless expressly agreed upon in writing, confirmed at the time of order, and reflected on the order confirmation and all shipping documentation.
Authorized Products & Warranties
TestMart sells only new OEM-authorized equipment, unless explicitly identified as OEM-certified pre-owned or factory-reconditioned and warranted directly by the manufacturer. TestMart does not sell unauthorized, gray-market, or uncertified refurbished equipment.
All new equipment is shipped with the full OEM warranty. Extended warranties and calibration services may be purchased separately only if offered by the OEM.
Linking Policy
External parties may link to TestMart’s website provided that the link:
- Is fair, legal, and does not misrepresent TestMart,
- Does not frame or mirror TestMart’s content, and
- Does not misuse TestMart’s name, logo, or quality seals without prior written consent.
User Submissions
By submitting materials or feedback, you grant TestMart a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use such materials for business purposes. Submissions must not violate any laws or include unlawful, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
