Confirming purchase orders are required for all phone orders to ensure accurate processing and compliance with federal procurement standards.

Prices & Payment

All prices are quoted in U.S. dollars. Shipping is quoted separately and excludes duties, taxes, tariffs, and other incidental charges. Prepayment is required unless credit terms have been pre-approved in accordance with TestMart's credit policies. Accepted payment methods include VISA and MasterCard.

Packaging, Shipping & Delivery

As a leading authorized distributor, TestMart follows industry best practices to ensure safe and compliant delivery. Products are professionally packaged using commercial-grade materials. Orders ship via TestMart's preferred government-approved carriers unless the purchaser specifies an alternative and provides a valid carrier account number. Freight charges are prepaid and added to the invoice. Title and risk of loss transfer to the purchaser upon delivery to the carrier. Purchasers are responsible for obtaining appropriate shipping insurance to cover loss or damage in transit. Delivery schedules are provided with quotations and reflect realistic lead times based on manufacturer commitments and carrier availability.

Cancellations

Orders are considered firm once accepted and acknowledged by TestMart (as evidenced by the Order Acceptance Form). To maintain contract compliance and supplier commitments, cancellations are not permitted once accepted.

Due to the specialized, configurable nature of this equipment and the terms and conditions required by our supplier partners, we are unable to offer refunds once an order has been accepted.
