All product returns - including defective equipment, warranty repairs, and non-warranty service - require a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number. Please complete the form below to request an RMA.
A TestMart representative will respond within two business days with your RMA number. This number must be clearly displayed on the shipping container or packing slip to ensure proper processing. Unauthorized returns without an RMA will be refused.
Important: Please do not ship any equipment until you have received your RMA confirmation email and instructions from TestMart.
